If an unexpected issue arises—such as an underground obstruction after breaking ground or an issue hidden inside a wall—we will never simply do the work and add it to your final bill. We will always pause, discuss the situation with you, and get your explicit approval before any additional work begins.

2. 45-Day Material & Labor Guarantee

• The 45-Day Window: Our estimates are locked in for 45 days from the date you receive them. After this period, we reserve the right to re-evaluate labor and material costs.

• Extreme Market Volatility: If material costs spike drastically within that 45-day window due to rare, unpredictable events (like global freight surges or lumber shortages), we reserve the right to amend the estimate.

• Our Communication Promise: We will never change a number behind your back. If a market shift occurs, we will meet with you, show you the direct invoice changes, and look at alternative material options together.
